Lizzie Conrad

Maid of Honor

Aliyah and Lizzie have been attached at the hip since they were barely 3 years old. Their older brothers were in kindergarten together, then they were both held back and had to do kindergarten again! Both Lizzie's family and Aliyah's family ended up moving around that time and somehow we all ended up close together again. This sealed the deal and led to a lifelong friendship for both Lizzie and Aliyah. They have shared many memories together traveling, doing gymnastics and cheer, driving to school together, and endless sleepovers. Together they are goofy, outgoing, and always laughing, they've become practically sisters. After many years they've created an unshakable bond that they both often refer to as "we are one." When deciding her Maid of Honor, picking Lizzie was the easiest choice of all. Adding another special memory to their never ending list of great days together!

Trevor Whitaker

Best Man

Trevor is Travis’s twin brother, making him the obvious choice for Best Man. Travis and Trevor had the privilege of growing up side by side, giving each other a built in best friend. The two have always had the same friends, played the same sports, and shared interests with each other, and even had class with each other up until high school. While both have completely different personalities, their bond is immeasurable. After many years of doing everything together, Trevor joined the military and they were separated for the first time. The distance has been hard on them both, missing the one person who they’ve been with from the very start. Although they bicker like all brothers do, you can tell that their love for one another outweighs it all. Trevor is thrilled to be the best man and celebrate the big day with his twin brother, but is equally excited to welcome Aliyah as his sister.

Lauren Zilinskas

Bridesmaid

Lauren and Aliyah met while attending college at The University of Washington and living in a sorority house together. Come to find out the summer before college Lauren's family had moved into a home only two blocks away from Aliyah's house! They quickly realized that their quirky sense of humor and bold personalities made for a friendship match made in heaven. Together they are the life of the party! They spent months spending every second together running around Seattle and making memories along the way. Even now that Aliyah is back in Spokane they still talk almost every day. Lauren has always gone above and beyond for Aliyah, and been the most genuine kind of friend. She will with out a doubt help make Aliyah's wedding day one to remember.

Trenton Whitaker

Groomsman

Trenton is Travis’s younger brother despite a common belief that he is older. Growing up they spent countless hours playing video games in the basement, playing street hockey with their friends, and skating together on the ice. Trenton was always the perfect example of the “big, little brother.” Trenton quickly learned how to beat his older brother in any video games or sport that they played. As Travis and Trenton have gotten older, their bond has grown and their competitiveness between each other has dwindled. Trenton became less of a little brother and more of someone Travis could turn to. Trenton is kind and genuine, always looking out for Travis. Trenton is excited to see his brother get married, and to have Aliyah as his sister.

Kylie Keller

Bridesmaid

Kylie and Aliyah knew each other in high school but didn't become friends until college where they became roommates. While living together they realized that they found each other hilarious and extremely down to earth. Their friendship has grown fast but strong while throwing themed parties for their friends and spending every weekend of the summer at the lake. They even played hoopfest together (neither of them are any good at basketball). Kylie has been the truest of friends to Aliyah and is always there for her. Kylie can turn anything into a party and always knows how to bring out the energy in a room. Aliyah cannot wait to have her there on her wedding day!

Korbyn Rider

Groomsman

Korbyn and Travis were introduced to each other when Aliyah was living with Korbyn’s girlfriend Kylie. Travis and Korbyn had crossed paths several times leading up to this when they were younger but nothing stuck. Travis and Korbyn played soccer against each other in the sixth grade and ran into each other at their senior prom. Now Korbyn and Travis have created a friendship that would make people think they’ve known one another forever. They are always laughing and messing around, and whenever they are together it is always a good time. Korbyn and Travis always look forward to their time together, whether it's at the lake, sitting around the poker table, or getting dragged along to whatever the girls want to do. Korbyn is very excited to see two of his best friends marry each other.

Daisy Schoonover

Bridesmaid

Daisy and Aliyah met in the 8th grade when Aliyah transferred to a new school in the middle of the year. They immediately connected in sports, math class, and during school lunches. But over the years their friendship has adapted and grown into a lifelong bond. They've grown together and connected over their shared dedication to school and work and always understanding one another. No matter the time they spend apart they always seem to come together like they haven't missed a beat. Daisy is funny, kind and never fails to make Aliyah feel at home wherever they are. Aliyah can't wait to have Daisy by her side on her wedding day!

Ryan Ovnicek

Groomsman

Travis and Ryan met through a mutual friend and quickly became close. Ryan and Travis quickly realized they were good at making each other laugh. They both have a dry and witty sense of humor that has led to many good memories made. Although Ryan is a new friend for Travis, their relationship would not show it. Ryan is extremely supportive and always caring to his friends, especially Travis. He will without a doubt be one of Travis’s biggest supporters on the big day.

Josie Jennings

Bridesmaid

Josie and Aliyah knew each other in high school and spent a little time as friends, but really became close several years later in college. They were brought back together by a mutual friend and have made numerous fun memories together since. They often bond over their love for books and goofy bubbly personalities. Aliyah loves that Josie always knows how to brighten the room and is looking forward to getting that feeling on her wedding day.

Spencer Williams

Groomsman

Travis and Spencer first met through Logan, another groomsman. Spencer is two years older than Travis, and the two actually did not get along at all when they were kids. It wasn't until Travis went to high school that the two became close. You can always find the two of them on the phone laughing and reminiscing about all the jokes and stories they have. While Spencer and Travis are able to laugh with each other, they also are always there for one another and can have genuine conversations. Travis has always viewed Spencer as another brother and couldn’t imagine not celebrating his wedding day with him.

Ally Lang

Bridesmaid

Ally and Aliyah met in highschool but became very close their sophomore year. Ally was forced to write a letter in her calligraphy class to someone and she chose to write one to Aliyah. She wrote that she couldn't wait for all the memories they would make together that year. They went on to make memories at school sporting events, cheering together, lake days, and too many sleepovers! Over the years they have stayed close and always have been able to share a good time whenever they are together. It only seemed fitting the she be by Aliyah's side on the big day.

Logan Hurley

Groomsman

Logan was Travis's neighbor from 2008 to 2019. 11 years as neighbors allowed the two to become very close friends. Travis has great memories with Logan as his neighbor. They often turned his backyard into a whiffle ball and soccer stadium in the summer, and made hundreds of igloos in the winter. Having a friend like Logan made our years as young kids go by way too fast, though they were enjoyable. Recently Travis had the pleasure of being a Groomsman in Logan’s wedding. Travis cannot wait to share his own wedding day with one of his oldest friends.
