It’s hard to believe it’s been over four years since it all began at a local bar in Milwaukee. From the moment we started talking, it felt easy—like we’d known each other forever. We clicked instantly, sharing laughs and discovering all the things we had in common. As we kept spending time together, every date felt like its own little adventure. Whether it was a simple dinner or a competitive bowling match (which, for the record, Haley won, although Travis will try to convince you otherwise), each moment brought us closer. We’re so grateful for everything we’ve shared and the life we’re building together. We’re looking forward to all the years ahead—filled with laughter, growth, and love. Travis had planned to propose on the balcony of our apartment, but with dinner reservations approaching and Haley taking her time getting ready (per usual), the timing didn’t work out. Instead of waiting any longer, he decided to go for it—right there in the closet. Haley said yes, and later that night, their parents were waiting at dinner to celebrate. It wasn’t the original plan, but it was perfectly us.
