The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to mingle with other guests and find a seat!

We're all about laid-back celebrations and want everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable. So, for our wedding, we're going for a cocktail attire vibe. For the guys, think smart-casual with a nice shirt or even a snazzy polo and slacks. Ladies, a cute cocktail dress or stylish separates will do the trick. The key is to keep it easy-going and fun! In an effort to create an intimate and romantic atmosphere, we have decided to make our wedding a adults-only celebration. While we adore your children, we kindly request that you make arrangements for their care during the event. We believe this will allow all our guests, including parents, to fully enjoy the evening and celebrate this joyous occasion.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

To make your stay as convenient as possible, we have arranged a hotel block at: AmericInn by Wyndham Green Bay West 2032 Velp Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303 920-434-9790 Please mention that you are booking for the Beyer-Jansen wedding to ensure you are placed in our block. Make sure to grab your room by September 4th, 2024. After that, any leftover rooms will be up for grabs by the public! The hotel is conveniently located near the wedding venue (0.2 miles away). You can also reserve a room at Aloft Hotel in Green Bay in our block by clicking the "travel" tab at the top of our website and scrolling to the Aloft Hotel. Click on the "view" button and it will take you to the booking website!

There's ample space right at the venue, so no stress about finding a spot. Just drive on in and get ready to enjoy the festivities hassle-free!
