Where is the hotel located in relationship to the Venue?

Answer

We have secured two hotels for your convenience. Our preferred hotel is The Holiday Inn Express, which is adjacent to Two Brothers Roundhouse, sharing the same parking lot. Our second hotel is a budget-friendly option, The Homewood Suites. This hotel is about 15 minutes aways and will offer a shuttle service at specific times.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Reception will be indoors. If you choose, you will have the luxury of enjoying the outdoor Ballroom Terrace.

What kind of drinks are available?

Answer

There will be a top shelf open bar featuring Two Brothers Craft Beer Selections. Two Brothers Roundhouse has a No Shot Policy.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, due to budget/space constraints we ask that only adults attend.

Can I take and post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

Yes, but please be mindful of our photographer. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TracyCaughtAMunky so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

We can accommodate special diets. Please contact us ahead of time.

Feel free to RSVP online, or you can mail back your RSVP when formal invitations are sent.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
