FAQs

If you have any other questions not addressed here, please feel free to email us at murrelltj@gmail.com. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for all our guests.
Question

When can I RSVP and when does it close?

Answer

You can RSVP for the wedding and all weekend events anytime before August 1, 2023.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The more photos, the better and we'd appreciate you sharing any photos you take with us. Please don't feel pressured though as we'll have a photographer there to capture all the moments.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We'll be serving signature cocktails, mocktails, and champagne at 5:30 PM for any guests who want to arrive early.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We're going for a fun, comfortable vibe. Attire is "Nashville Chic" which means come rustic and casual or dressed to the nines - it's all up to you. You'll see cottons, denims, linens, and leather. And of course cowboy boots and hats are always welcome!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The Bridge Building has a wonderful outdoor space so weather permitting, cocktail hour will be out on the terrace where there are hightop tables and comfortable couches to enjoy. We hope you'll find plenty of places to relax and enjoy yourself, whether inside or outside.

Question

Will drinks be complimentary?

Answer

Yes. Beer, wine, and premium cocktails are complimentary at the wedding on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. We're also hosting a complimentary bourbon tasting for those interested in exploring some great Tennessee mashes. Cash tips for the bartenders are most appreciated.

Question

What food and drinks will be served at the reception?

Answer

The bar is open and will serve beer, wine, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout dinner and the reception. Dinner is casual, with plenty of tables and chairs for those who want to sit as well as hightop tables for those who don't. We're excited to serve you an assortment of our favorite foods from four different tasting stations placed throughout the space starting at 7:00 PM.

Question

What is the weather like in Nashville at this time of year?

Answer

While it's always hard to predict, generally the temperatures in Nashville in early September range from the mid 70s to the mid 80s F (that's in the 20s C for the Brits). The weather is still warm during the day and can be a little more mild at night. The Bridge Building has plenty of outdoor heaters if needed.
