May 31st. But if you know sooner, please let us know!
For the ceremony and reception please dress on the spectrum between between "festive" and "dressy-casual". Here is an article that thoroughly explains the meanings of "festive" and "casual": https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained Please note that our wedding will be 100% outside. Oregon weather can be unpredictable, but we anticipate it will be quite warm. Highs in the summer can reach up to 100°, so we don't suggest a wool suit! But you should probably bring a jacket, as nighttime lows can be in the 40s. Check the forecast before.
This event is limited to adults and young children (small enough to fly in your lap). Thank you for understanding!
We recommend flying into Eugene (1 hour drive), Redmond/Bend (1.5 hours) or Portland (2.5 hours). From the airport carpooling is a great idea! You can find others to carpool with in this doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hb4-bgp0D5FlOGqr3niCxEr83yqSHvTF37o7ldj51E8/edit#gid=0
We will provide a shuttle to and from Loloma the day of the wedding. The shuttle will stop at each of the hotels where we have room blocks.
Please do not book any accommodations yet! Most guests will stay at Harbicks Country Inn and Belknap Hot Springs (where we have large room blocks). We have also booked a few cabins in the area. We expect most accommodations to cost $75-150 per adult per night. We will follow up with more information about accommodations around April.
