As long as they are listed on your RSVP, yes. If this is a last minute date/decision, then no.

What’s for dinner?

We will be having “That BBQ Place” Food Truck on site for guests to purchase their meal from. They do accept cash or card so please plan accordingly.

Is it BYOB?

Answer

No. We will be having an open bar. We pay for the drinks, you pay for your meal! Please do not bring outside alcoholic beverages, this is against our venues policies. If you are caught bringing alcohol in that has not been purchased and supplied by us then not only will you be asked to leave, but you risk having our wedding shut down.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like to see everyone dressed in semi-formal. For the woman, this may include a nice short dress, floor length dress, jumpsuit. For the men, this may include dress pants and a button down, tie or polo. If you wear jeans please ensure they are clean, and you might as well pair it with a pearl snap and cowboy hat lol. Please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly, our ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held inside with heat available.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, kids are welcome to come. However, if you choose to treat this as a kids-free date night we totally support that as well!! Just a heads up, there will be a time in the evening when the music will transition to potentially explicit language, we understand little ears may not need to hear certain songs. If this is something that raises concern for you, please plan accordingly to not have your kids present too late!
