WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail, mid-length or full-length semi-formal dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

For those staying at the Holiday Inn, Budd Lake or the Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Newton Sparta, transportation will be provided to and from Bear Brook Valley. Shuttle times will be provided closer to the wedding date!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged ceremony' meaning we ask guests to refrain from using phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, but covered. The reception will be held indoors.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Dinner will include a vegetarian option to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. If your require a specific request due to a dietary restriction, please state this in your RSVP so that the bride and groom can make sure you are properly accommodated.

IS THERE PARKING PROVIDED AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Valet parking will be available at Bear Brook Valley for those who prefer to drive to the ceremony and reception.
