Tori and Jeff both started medical school at Marian University in Indianapolis in August of 2015. Anatomy lab groups were assigned by alphabetical order so Tori and Jeff just happened to end up in the same group. A lot of time was spent together bonding over studying the human body and with a little bit of match-making from one of their group mates, Tori and Jeff's group studying turned into a date!

Throughout medical school, Tori and Jeff's relationship blossomed and eventually they "couple's matched" into residency and moved together to Philadelphia. Tori and Jeff have been living in Philadelphia the last 3 years and have added two purrfectly adorable orange cats - Louie and Garfield - to their family. In Philadelphia, Tori and Jeff enjoy all the great restaurants, riding their bikes and going to sporting events. Next they will be moving to North Carolina for Jeff to pursue his cardiology fellowship.

On January 8, 2022, while Tori's family was visiting, they went to see the holiday lights at the Philadelphia Zoo - one of Tori and Jeff's favorite places. At the picture perfect moment, Jeff got down on one knee and Tori said yes!
