Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Yes! We’ve blocked rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Fargo and the Hilton Inn Fargo. See the ‘Travel’ section of our website for additional information.

Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at The Pines White in Davenport, ND.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving by 4pm so you can comfortably park, find a seat, and settle in.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors followed by an indoor reception.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or dressy casual attire, so feel free to dress up a bit more than your regular jeans and a t-shirt look, but tuxes and ball gowns are not necessary!

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! The Pines White has their own parking lot. If you plan to leave your car parked at the venue overnight, make sure to park in the grassy lot.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! A school bus shuttle will be running from the Courtyard by Marriott Fargo and Hilton Inn Fargo to the venue before the ceremony and back to the hotels at the end of the night. See the “Travel & Places To Stay” section for more information.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We’ve hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for an unplugged ceremony. We will gladly share all photos we receive from the photographer. Please refrain from using all electronics until cocktail hour.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says “& guest”, then yes. However, if your invitation did not include a plus one, please do not include an uninvited date.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kiddos, but thought you might enjoy a night off, so we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

What type of food will be served?
Answer
A pasta buffet including spaghetti with marinara and meatballs, meaty lasagna, Caesar salad, and breadsticks will be served for dinner.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! There will be a space to list any dietary restrictions when you RSVP to our wedding.

What’s the bar situation?
Answer
A cash bar inside the venue will be open all day through the end of the night.

What time will the reception end?
Answer
The reception will end at 12am.
