Taylor and Tony met through mutual friends and by mutual friends, we mean Taylor's sister, Paige. While they are 99% sure they met through Paige, there is some controversy that it was actually Tony's good friend Tim who introduced them. They first ran into each other at a dreamy bar called OVP - The ol' Venice Pub. We're not sure if it was "love at first sight" because while Taylor thought Tony was extremely handsome, he proceeded to say maybe three words to her the whole night, even though they were partners during an intense game of darts. The two met again when they were staying at a mutual friend's house near Atlanta, GA for a New Year's Eve party. This time, Tony said four words to Taylor, and the rest is history!

Taylor and Tony got engaged in Venice Beach, Florida. Whether it be hanging out with family and old friends, driving Tony's truck through the backyard where he grew up, or hitting the Old Venice Pub where they first met, Venice has a special place in their hearts. While Taylor suspected he was planning to propose, she wasn't sure when. While at the beach, Tony tried to get Taylor alone to look for sand dollars but when Taylor wouldn't cooperate, he just went for it and got on one knee! Their family was waiting on the shoreline to congratulate them. They popped the bubbly soon after and proceeded to spend the rest of the weekend with friends & family.
