Conner and I started dating January 26 of 2020 after knowing each other for a few months. Conner has always said he was immediately interested but I was in a relationship when we met so it took me longer to fall for Conner. Our first 'date' was at my parents house and consisted of watching movies and telling each other just about everything about ourselves. For the next serval months we spent almost every free moment together, and both become obsessed with watching Jersey Shore or going fishing whenever we were together. We moved into our first apartment together May 11th of 2020, after just a few months of dating - but what can we say? When you know you've found your person you just know. While living in our very first home together we experienced a lot of firsts together, our first birthdays together, rescuing our first cat, our first thanksgiving and Christmas, and more roadtrips than either of us could count. January 1st of 2021 we moved into a trailer together that had so much more space and we quickly began painting and making it our home. Shortly after we moved for the second time we found out we were pregnant and would be having a baby during that year! We welcomed our beautiful daughter Salem, early morning on September 28th just 7 days after celebrating Conners 20th birthday. Our holidays were filled with so much more love this past year getting to enjoy our daughters first holidays ever. Going into the year 2022 Conner and I both had so many plans we wanted to achieve, one I just wasn't in the loop about, was that Conner planned to propose. January 26th 2022 our 2 year anniversary Conner proposed in front of the Worlds Largest Gnome in Ames, Iowa. After talking Conner and I both knew we wanted to buy a home for our family to grow in before we got married and on April 1st we moved into our 1st actual home, which I then quickly realized that also meant it was time to start wedding planning! I personally am so excited for this next big stage in our lives and our relationship, and I'm so excited to spend it with people we love!
