Tom and I met years ago when we were just kids. He walked up to me and gave me a red rose. I have always dreamed of being his wife, from the 1st time I saw him. As we got older I ended up reaching out to him over the phone. And from then on we talked. My parents drove me to Redding to meet up with my grandparents to take me to Oregon to see him. At 17 my dreams came true I was Toms girlfriend. I fell in love with him. He was the most amazing person I had ever met. After several months of dating, we broke up and went our separate ways. I was heartbroken but I understood he needed this time to grown and focus on his life. After 17 years passed we got back in contact. He drove out to Oregon from Kansas to see me. It was like we picked up where we left off. The feelings were still there. I couldn’t believe he had came back into my life after many years. In May my kiddos and I moved to Kansas to be with him. It has been amazing. We knew we were meant to be together from the start but things got in our way at that time. Maybe the timing wasn’t right I don’t know but here we are now! On November 5th 2022 the man I dreamed of marrying proposed. It was the sweetest proposal I’ve ever seen. We always had a thing where he was my peterpan and I was his tinker bell. He put on the movie peterpan and brought me a banana split with a beautiful ring on it. Listening to what he was saying before asking had me crying and him of course. Of course I said YES!!!! My dreams are finally coming true and I couldn’t be more happy! I can’t wait to be his wife, Mrs. Rossiter
