What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30PM, so be sure to arrive before then. Seating begins at 5:00PM. You can always grab a drink from the bar if you arrive earlier! :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If a plus one was indicated on your invitation, then yes! Due to our limited space, we are not able to accommodate everyone. Please reach out with any questions.

Is there a hotel block available for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved blocks for Friday and Saturday night. You may stay both or either of these nights. Please reserve ASAP so we can add additional rooms if needed. You may call or book the reservation online. Follow this link to reserve your room: https://rb.gy/w9kb2

Cocktail or semi-formal.

Will the ceremony and reception be happening outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony is located in a courtyard outside. If rain is expected, we will plan to have canopy cover the space. There will be a short walk outdoors to the reception center located across the street.

Are children welcome to join in the celebrations?

Answer

Yes! Their invitations will be included with yours if they are invited. However, feel free to use this event as a date night out without the kiddos!

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are sage green, slate blue, navy blue, and silver. Bridesmaids will be wearing sage green.

What is the parking situation like around the venue?

Answer

There is a public parking garage directly across from the ceremony and reception location (Address: 24 E 7th St, Covington, KY 41011). There is also street parking and other public lots in the surrounding area.

How do I let you know about any dietary restrictions or allergies?

There will be a section in the RSVP to include these restrictions/allergies! Alternative options will be provided.

Answer

YES! Beer, wine, and liquor will be provided.

The best way will be through this website via the RSVP tab. If that is not working for you, text/call Sam with your RSVP and dietary restrictions.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a gift table at the reception hall. If you choose to order through the registry website, there will be an option to ship the gift directly to our home.
