There is a small parking on Stuart Street linked to The University Club where guests can park for free on weekends should there be a parking spot be available. Aside from this lot, all other parking spots around The University Club require payment. Paid on-street parking by the venue is available for a flat rate of $18.00 for the day. Due to the semester being over and it being a Saturday, finding a parking spot should not be an issue. Paid lot parking - The closest paid parking lot is the KGH Waterfront Lot, which is an 8 minute walk. Richardson Beach Lot is right beside the waterfront lot. There are street parking spots right outside of the venue, which is part of Queen's University. With students on summer holidays, there ideally should be parking spots available. Downtown Kingston is a busy place on Saturdays all year round and parking can be challenging. Please take this into consideration when planning your travel.
A bottle of red wine and a bottle of white wine will be on each reception table for guests and a cash bar will be available to purchase alcoholic drinks.
The ceremony will be outdoors on the grassy front lawn of the University Club property, parallel to King Street. If you are wearing heels, keep in mind that the property is not level, and your heels may sink into the earth without heel stoppers.

YES! Kingston has recently installed multiple speed cameras throughout the city, especially in school zones. Kingston also has red light cameras in a few of the major intersections. Be safe, drive the speed limit and stop in time for the red light to avoid a ticket.

The University Club is a Queen's University building. The University is a smoke-free campus. The policy prohibits vaping and smoking of any substance in any manner, and use of all tobacco products at Queen’s University. This policy applies to employees, students, visitors, contractors and independent operators on all Queen’s University owned, rented or leased property (including vehicles). All events, including conferences, weddings, summer accommodations hosted on property owned, rented or leased by Queen’s University located on or off campus are subject to this policy. Smoking or vaping on campus may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include a fine. For more details, please refer to Queen's University smoke-free policy: https://www.queensu.ca/secretariat/smoke-free-university-policy. In short, you can smoke off-premises. To do so, head to the public sidewalk on King Street.
All non-perishable and unspoiled perishable food is donated by The University Club. They redirect all unspoiled food from landfill to neighbors in need.
Pets or animals of any kind, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted in Queen's University buildings.
