Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by April 16th.

Question

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

Cocktail/midi-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, slacks, and suits. Of course feel free to dress up a bit more if that's your jam - whatever makes you feel your best! Please note, this is not a stiletto wedding. Much of the wedding will be held on grass, so please wear appropriate shoes!

Question

HOW ARE YOU WATCHING OUT FOR COVID-19?

Answer

It's our preference that all guests in attendance are vaccinated by the time of the Wedding. We strongly request everyone get tested for Covid before traveling to Elkhorn. Of course, if you aren't feeling well or think you may have been exposed just before the Wedding, please send us an email letting us know and then take care of yourself! As Camp Wandawega is an almost entirely outdoor venue, at this time we won't be requiring the use of masks. We will continue to follow national and local Covid case patterns, and be sure to send updates to guests on protocols as they come up.

Question

CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT AT CAMP WANDAWEGA?

Answer

Since there is limited accommodation capacity on-site, we have prioritized asking our parents, our bridal party, and our families to stay with us. Thank you for your understanding! If you need help looking for an accommodation, please reach out!

Question

I'M STAYING OFF-SITE. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE WEEKEND FUN?

Answer

Of course! We would love for you to hang out with us all weekend long at Camp Wandawega! In terms of meals, we will be hosting a Welcome BBQ on Friday evening and a Farewell Brunch on Sunday morning at Camp. Please sign up for each in your RSVP if you can attend! For the Saturday Wedding, we will have a Cocktail Hour with apps around 5pm and then dinner to follow around 6pm. If you wish to hang out and explore the Camp before the wedding, which we hope you do, please find yourself some breakfast in town or at your accommodation before you arrive. We will have light snacks at Camp around noon before the Wedding, but feel free to pack a cooler for yourself! For transportation, staying off-site means you are responsible for getting to and from the Camp. Rideshares are not very common in the area so please plan accordingly and consider a designated driver. Unfortunately, there isn't much parking availability at the Camp, so please try to carpool as much as possible!

Question

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CAMP?

Answer

• Reusable water bottle • Bug spray & sunscreen • Bathing suit & towel • Flashlight or headlamp • Umbrella or raincoat (just in case)

Question

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Answer

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Camp Wandawega. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends.
