Maid of Honor
As a sister and a best friend, I can not imagine getting married without her. Emily has been someone that I have looked up to my entire life. She is my biggest fan and is always the first person to laugh at my jokes. We are polar opposites but are the fiercest of friends. She bought me so many Starbucks growing up, and there is no one that understands me quite like her. It's because of Emily that I have any fashion sense at all. If you are looking for conversation starters, you can ask her about her travels all over the world or her passionate love for accounting memes.
Best Man
I could say any of the other guys are like brothers however, no one can fill the role like him. He has encouraged and motivated me to be who I am. He reminds me of my potential and fights for me when he's called upon. No one can ever really know me quite like him. When you see Patrick, ask him about his daughters and his extensive movie collection.
Maid of Honor
Eden is simply the best youngest sister a girl could ask for. Eden is kind and fierce. She would force me to play in the dirt with her and I would force her to do facemasks and paint our nails. She is funny and brave and inspires me every day. Eden shares my love for chaos and is the only other person I know who would eat pickles for breakfast. I know that whenever I ask, Eden will be the one to tell me the truth. She is truly one of my best friends in the entire world. If you're looking for a conversation starter, you can ask her about canyoneering or that time she had both of her femurs surgically broken.
Groomsman
Devon was my roommate during my freshman year of college. His genuineness and friendly demeanor made it easy to be his friend. He was the first person to talk to me about pursuing the military realistically. He's the friend I truly trust the most and someone I greatly admire. You can ask Devon about his dog Lily and his time as a helicopter crew chief.
Matron of Honor
Grace has been my best friend for over 15 years. She has been a constant and faithful friend who navigated my embarrassing middle and high school years with me. She encourages me in the Lord and makes me laugh like no one else. Our friendship has mostly been long-distance, but we have remained friends making trips all over the world to see each other. Grace has been the best accountability partner and one of the truest blessings in my life. If you're looking for conversation starters, you could talk to her about the number of books she has read in a year or kinda anything! Either way, you’ll walk away laughing.
Groomsman
Fab is a close friend and someone who I met when I started Younglife in Charleston. Our friendship began with our conversations of culture and music which blossomed into a unique friendship. What sets our relationship apart is our shared dedication to sharing the Gospel with High school students. If you get to talk to Fabrice, ask him about his love for photography and music.
Bridesmaid
Madelyn and I became friends when I accused her of stealing my last name (can you believe there are more Canada's) Despite losing my last name, we have decided that we are still going to tell people we are related. Madelyn and I have only seen each other in person 10 times since becoming friends, but she is one of the truest and dearest of friends. Madelyn is someone that you call who will listen to you and pray with you. She has the best laugh and the most gentle of spirits. If you are looking for a conversation starter you can ask her about her blog fame and Peggy Carter.
Bridesmaid
I have known Maddie all of my life. She is one of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet, and I have the privilege of calling her my cousin. Maddie has been my ride-or-die since day one. We grew up playing dress up and making forts in the backyard. She has been a consistent companion in my life and is the only person to make it to every single house I have ever lived in. She is bold, steadfast, and dedicated, and I want to be like her when I grow up. If you're looking for a conversation starter, you can ask her about Nicholas Cage or disgusting nursing stories.
Bridesmaid
Hannah is truly God's gift to me, as I genuinely would not have made it through college without her. We met on our first day of college in statistics class. She loves her people so well and has taught me how to listen and be compassionate. Her kindness and selflessness have made me want to emulate the way that she lives her life. Hannah got me through all of my exams by bringing me Twix bars and listening to me complain about how hard school is. I feel so lucky that she is also moving to SC after she graduates in one more semester! If you're looking for a conversation starter, you can ask her literally anything. She is the best conversationalist I know. But she also really likes pineapples. So you could ask her about that.
