Think Boots n’ Bling or Cowboy wedding attire For men: Cowboy boots or dress shoes, dress pants or dark jeans, long sleeved button up, and tie or bolo tie. Cowboy hat may also be worn. For women: Cowgirl boots or dress booties or block heels, cocktail dress, sundress with jacket for cooler temperatures at night, or a high-low dress. A Gigi pip hat may also be worn (flat brimmed hat) or cowgirl hat.

What is the weather like in Colorado in September?

The weather in late September and early October in Colorado is wonderful with beautiful sunny days and cool clear nights. The average temperature on September 30 is 72 degrees but temperatures can drop to the low 60’s after the sun goes down. The average chance of precipitation on September 30 is 15%. Sunset is 6:45 pm. Humidity is usually less than 10%.

What is the elevation at Ellis Ranch?

The elevation at the venue is about 5,000 feet. If you are traveling from sea level it may take your body a few days to adjust to the altitude. Be sure to drink lots of water and limit alcohol consumption to avoid becoming dehydrated.
