The Ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. We request you arrive to the venue at around 2:30-2:45 pm to ensure there is enough time to get everyone situated and ready to begin this fantastic day together.
The Ceremony will be taking place outside while Cocktail Hour and the Reception will be held inside the venue. It will be June so please dress according to the weather.
For Adults: We ask that you take advantage of this opportunity to dress-up. The style is Semi-Formal/Cocktail, but above all we want everyone comfortable and feeling good. (Obviously we ask that no one wears white or ivory) For Kids: Comfortable and clean is best!
The dinner will be buffet style with a Summer Salad, Roasted Redskin Potatoes, Mini Corn on the Cobs, and Honey Glazed Carrots. Each guest will have the choice of entree being either Garlic and Herb Chicken or Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the Bride or Groom.
The Venue has designated areas for smoking, and we ask that you don't throw your butts on the ground.
We will have a limited bar. We do request no one gets wasted and remind you the night WILL be photographed.
Along with drinks for the adults, we will have multiple soda pop options and tea.
Unless stated otherwise by Bride and Groom, we request that you do not bring extra people. Our venue has a max capacity we need to follow.
Gifts are not required to attend the wedding. However, if you do want to give a gift to the happy couple, they will be accepting donations to their House Fund.
