While Cambell was starting his first year at The University of Texas at Austin, Tina was finishing her last. One drunken night, Cambell spotted a cougar on the prowl. The young buck was unmatched for the seasoned cougar...just kidding, this is not how the real story goes, sort of. Cambell and Tina met on 6th street in Austin while both attending UT. Eyes met and words were exchanged, but neither could recall which bar they met at. 6 years later they would meet again, only this time in the city of Dallas. In January of 2020, Tina was in a horrific car accident. Cambell messaged Tina on instagram after she posted a picture of her accident, asking if she was okay. The two briefly exchanged DMs. A few weeks later, while traveling to Atlanta for work, Cambell was a couple feet away from getting hit by an 18 wheeler. The close call reminded him of that beautiful girl a few weeks ago that went through an accident herself. He decided to check in on her. A few messages later, the two realized they both lived in Dallas. Their instagram direct messaging quickly graduated to text messaging, until one Tuesday night Cambell worked up the courage to call Tina and ask her out on a date. They went to see Reckless Kelly in concert out in McKinney, TX. They continued going out, until deciding to make things official on a long drive back from San Antonio. Coincidently, the same day Dallas was officially shut down due to Covid. Fast forward two and a half years later, the two take a trip to Orlando, Florida. Expecting a magical weekend full of Disney adventures, Tina had no idea just how magical it would be. Cambell had planned a private sunset boat cruise. About half way through the boat ride, Cambell had a question for Tina. A question that would change their lives forever. That question, along with her answer leads us here.
