Annie and Tina knew very early on in their relationship that they both had found "the one." While renting an apartment together for about a year, they started searching for a house to call their own. It just so happens that right when they were looking into the market, the pandemic hit and trying to buy a house became increasingly difficult. They spent over 6 months touring houses, making offers, and became discouraged through out the process. One day they went with their realtor to view a house they were really excited about, but once they arrived to that house they felt it was not the right fit for them. Their realtor asked if there were any other houses in the area they would like to view, and they said no. Annie pulled out her phone to see what houses were for sale nearby, and there was one that just hit the market that day. They headed over to the house, and absolutely loved this house. At this point Annie and Tina had put 20+ offers in on houses, and were becoming accustomed to their offer not being accepted due to the tough housing market. They put in their best offer, and the next day they received a call from their realtor that it had been accepted. Tina had the ring already, and knew this was exactly the right moment. The day came when it was time to sign all the papers and leave with the keys to their very first house together. Once they arrived at the house, Tina asked their realtor to distract Annie outside so she could set up the proposal inside. Tina filled up balloons that spelled "Marry Me" and laid rose petals all over the living room floor. When Annie walked in the door Tina got down on one knee, and said "We have worked so hard to get to this very moment. We now have our very first house together. A house that we will make into a home. A house that we will cook many meals, host holidays, and grow a family of our very own. I have never been more sure on anything in my life. Will you marry me?" Annie said yes. If you know Tina and Annie, you know they are go getters and on to the next thing. In true fashion, they went downstairs and painted their whole basement. Since then, running a house hold, a business, caring for their two cats and dog, and planning a wedding, they have been extremely busy. They are looking forward to their honeymoon where they can relax, and spend quality time together.
