Lindsay's sister-in-law, Lizanne introduced her and Tim in the spring of 2019. Despite attending the same high school a few grades apart and knowing quite a few of the same people, Lindsay and Tim never crossed paths. Tim was acquainted with Lindsay's sister-in-law through his group of friends who frequented the bar where she worked. They initially started texting but never set a date and lost touch. However, fate intervened when they crossed paths again while celebrating Lizanne's birthday at the same bar. They bonded over their shared love of the bar's cherry pepper poppers. Lindsay texted Tim later that night, and they decided to go out on a date. They've been together ever since.

Once a Harley Davidson dealership, Mudhen Brewing Company was founded in April 2018 & features a full bar with 8 to 12 rotating craft beers on tap that are brewed on-premises. The space features a large main dining room filled with natural light from large windows where guests can peek into the brewery located behind the taps. Upstairs, the lounge has comfortable couches, a fireplace and cabaret style seating. A casual and cool garage area gives guests a nostalgic feel with rollaway doors leading to a large outdoor seating area, equipped with a bar, fire pits and covered patio sections. Sit down dinner will be served along with passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour.
