FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed feel free to reach out to me or Timothy!
Question

When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by 10/23/24. You are welcome to RSVP before this date! We have to give our official number to our reception venue by this date. Due to our venue's strict policy, our wedding is by invitation only.

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand the holiday season can be busy! Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal we really want to see all of our loved ones looking their best for our special day. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button-down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. For photography purposes, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any flamboyant colors and any shades of white. The bridal party will be wearing a mist blue color.

Question

What colors should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to join us in wearing our wedding colors, which include mist blue and silver but any color will do! For photos, we ask that you avoid extremely vibrant colors and any shades of white. Our bridesmaids will be wearing mist blue, and our groomsmen will be wearing a black tux with coordinating mist blue pieces.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items to help us kickstart our life together. Our registry can be found here on. We also have a registry for Walmart at https://www.walmart.com/registry/WR/9c549465-74a4-4b71-91fe-49fc27d7c5bc and at Dillards!

Question

I can't attend the ceremony and reception - is that okay?

Answer

Of course! Come when you can – just RSVP "no" for the reception so you aren't included in those numbers, but feel free to just come to the ceremony!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many hotels available very close to the venue. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, and the ceremony and reception are not in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site for both locations!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 4:30 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:00.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night and before the ceremony!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour, where we will serve light hors d’oeuvres. This will begin at 6:00. The reception venue is 13 minutes from the ceremony venue at the Crystal Ballroom in Clearwater.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end roughly around 10:00 pm!
