Please plan to arrive at 6:00 PM and be seated on the side of your choosing by 6:05 PM. You may arrive earlier, however, we ask that you plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Access to the interior of the home will be limited until the ceremony is over.
We respectfully ask that all guests be 16 years of age or older.
Please see "the details" card enclosed in your invitation for the number of seats reserved in your honor. This number is inclusive of yourself/those to whom the invitation is addressed. You may RSVP for a party up to the # indicated in your invitation. As seating is limited, we ask that not surpass the number indicated. If you have been given a plus one, please indicate your guest's name when completing the RSVP form.
Yes! The Liriodendron has a large parking at the bottom of the hill with limited handicap parking in front of the building. Please use the provided address under "schedule" to route your GPS to the parking lot. Cars may be left overnight if needed, however, plans should be made to move them as early as possible the next day.
There is not a shuttle to/from, however, we recommend using Uber/Lyft if you do not wish to drive.
Yes, please let us know when filling out the RSVP form and we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Please be mindful of the weather as the ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. Semi-formal/garden party attire suggested.
