We have a block of rooms available at the discounted group rate of $161/night for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Please let us know if the block becomes full so we can make more rooms available if possible. The block will be open for reservations until April 28, 2024. Please book with our discount code prior to the cutoff date to receive the discounted pricing. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed. To see if early check-in is available, please contact the hotel on the day of your arrival. A shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the reception at Gaelic Park and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation is not provided from the hotel to the ceremony but Lyft and Uber operate in the area The shuttle to Gaelic Park from the Double Tree Hotel will leave at 4:40 pm and arrive at 5:00 pm for cocktail hour. After the reception, the shuttle service back to the hotel will be available at 11:00 pm, 12:30 am & 1:00 am!
