Chris and Brenna graduated from the Rocking Horse Ranch Preschool together in 1997. Neither knew the other existed. In 2005, they became friends in Mrs. Thomas' 6th grade class, participating in mock trial as defendent (Chris) and attorney (Brenna). Brenna developed an embarrassing crush on Chris, and was heartbroken to learn her love was unrequited. Years later, Chris came to his senses and asked Brenna on a date to get cheesesteaks. She said no. Eventually, after performing skits as "Teen PEP" peer educators, eating lunch in the Journalism Lab classroom, and studying for Anatomy & Physiology tests together (no, really), they went on their first date to Olive Garden. Brenna asked Chris if he wanted to "go big or go home" and officially be her boyfriend on November 25th, 2011. After 8 years of unconditional love, they're excited to "go big or go home" December 12th, 2020, and become husband and wife.
