Till Death Do Us Clark

It was a typical Monday in Uptown Minneapolis, which meant Bar Trivia at Uptown Tavern (RIP). Kevin relished in the fact that he won the award for the best 80s Team Name, "Clarky Clark and the Funky Bunch," despite his team getting blown out in the actual trivia contest. Although the cooler he won for the team name and dragged three blocks back to his apartment is long gone, the girl he met that night is marrying him seven years later. Samantha was also at Uptown Tavern that night, with a group of friends that performed much better at trivia than Kevin's team, though Kevin insists that their team name was nowhere near as good. Fate intervened when the two bumped into each other at the bar while ordering drinks. Over the next several years (with Sam emphasizing "SEVERAL"), Samantha and Kevin grew closer and stronger in their relationship. They experienced numerous highlights, including Samantha enrolling and attending the University of Minnesota to earn her doctoral degree in veterinary medicine while simultaneously obtaining her citizenship, the addition of Sadie to their family, and an eventual move to Chicago. In December of 2022, Kevin and Samantha went to Punta Cana on vacation. After dinner, during a walk on the beach, Kevin yelped, claiming something bit him in the sand. Little did Samantha know, this was an excuse for Kevin to get down on one knee and pop the question. As these chapters of our lives have come and gone, the next chapter begins on October 12th, and we are honored to have you join us on our journey into holy matrimony!
