We're Getting Married

Our first meeting was quite unusual and very unexpected. The death of a mutual friend of ours brought us together. We were in our hometown, Alexandria, LA, celebrating the life of a dear friend who had passed away from cancer. Later, at a social event, a relative of Thoney's introduced us to one another. That night, we sparked an exciting conversation that intrigued us both. We decided to exchange numbers, then one conversation led to another, and after a few months of getting to know one another, we decided to make our relationship official while keeping it private. And after a year and a few months of dating, Thoney proposed on November 12, 2022. One of the most exciting days of our lives! Thoney and I have truly enjoyed the journey of our relationship and we are so grateful that God allowed our paths to cross. We are even more thankful that God has blessed us with such an amazing support system. And as we prepare for our wedding day, we are incredibly excited and we look forward to spending the rest of our lives exploring and celebrating our love and life together as husband and wife!
