- You can RSVP through this website by finding the RSVP tab above. Once there, you will be asked to type in your name and it will show you the exact number of people you can RSVP for. It will then ask for a response for each person in your party. - You can scan the QR code on the back of your invitation that will lead you to the same RSVP tab where it will ask you to fill in your name and your party's response.
Due to limited venue capacity, we have written on all invitations if you are allowed a plus one. Your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest" or "(your name" & (spouse's name)." For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
The dress code is semi formal, wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Guests have the option of wearing formal attire (a suit or an evening gown), but may also choose to wear a sports coat or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also ask that you avoid colors worn by the bridal party and bride - dusty blue & white.
We ask that you do not take your own photos and videos during the ceremony, but you are more than welcome to during the social hour and reception. This is a very special day for us, and we have an amazing photography and videography team documenting our entire day, this way you are able to take it all in and celebrate in the moment with us!
Yes! There are two gravel parking lots at the venue. The closer is for those with accessibility issues, as the second parking lot has a few stairs that lead up to the venue.
The wedding ceremony will start at 3:00 p.m. We are not following the tradition of the bride walking down the aisle as the starting time of the wedding.
The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered patio. The reception will take place indoors and outdoors since the venue has sliding glass doors that will be fully opened, weather permitting.
The ceremony will be open seating! The bride will be standing on the right side and the groom will be on the left side. You may sit wherever you would like, however, please allow for family to have the first few rows. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they may know, this includes plus one's & partners.
The ceremony will be starting at 3:00 p.m. If you tend to be late, like the bride, we recommend that you arrive between 2:30 - 2:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone can direct you to the patio.
