Although all of our events begin in the late afternoon, you are welcome to arrive early and get settled into the hotel before events occur! It is recommended to take a taxi or uber from the airport to the hotel. This should cost about 45-60 euro and take approximately 45 minutes depending on Rome traffic.
Roce Ceremony
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Casual indian outfits & dresses are welcome. Men can wear short sleeve button down shirts & polos.
This is an Indian ceremony where the bride & groom will be blessed with coconut milk. It is fun, casual, & messy! After this event finishes, dinner will be served .

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Most guests will be in Indian attire.
It is recommended to bring a coat or shawl for this event. An outdoor cocktail hour is to be followed by appetizers on the lower quarter. We will then move to the upstairs area for dances, Garba, & dinner. Bring your dancing shoes!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and modest cocktail dresses. Shoulders & knees will need to be covered.
Breakfast will be available prior to this event, and lunch will be provided following the ceremony.

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties. Many guests will be in Indian attire, however this is not required. It is advised to bring a coat or shawl.
