Rehearsal + Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
This is for the wedding party and their immediate families. Since we will only have an hour to rehearse at the ceremony location, we will be making reservations at a restaurant close by. Exact time to come!

Wedding venue open for wedding party and vendors
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The bridal party should be at the venue no later than 11 AM. We will provide a mid-day meal for the bridal party. Photography will begin at 3PM. The groomsmen should arrive no later than 2PM but may come as early as preferred. There is a lake for fishing and games as well as drinks on site, but keep in mind no shower access at venue.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and sun hats or cowboy hats for shade.
There will be a golf cart service from the parking lot to the ceremony. For elderly and handicapped as well as vendors with large items, there is a small parking lot behind the reception barn.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
We will be providing appetizers while the wedding party takes photos and a meal afterwards. There will be a send-off around 9:30-10 PM for the bride and groom.
