Where and when will the ceremony & reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be taking place at Farm 12 Restaurant & Events in Puyallup, WA on Friday, June 9th, 2023. The ceremony will take place in the Loveland Greenhouse Friday afternoon (exact time tbd). The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour in the Festival Barn Courtyard and the reception afterward in the Farm 12 Event Hall. All locations are onsite at the Farm 12 property. All events will end by 10:30pm. *We will update our wedding website with a more detailed schedule of the days events soon. What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! We want all of our friends & family, including our favorite little humans, to celebrate with us on our special day! We will let you decide what's best for your family and please remember to RSVP for your kiddos as well, so that we can make sure they are accommodated for!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception locations have an indoor/outdoor option. Seating is all covered and allows flexibility for any unexpected weather.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Farm 12 has lots of free parking available around, in front and behind the event space.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Washington, June weather can vary from rain to sunshine but is typically mild. Please plan for either, knowing that all areas will be covered if it does decide to rain.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Alcohol - There will be a full, non-hosted bar service available with delicious hand crafted beverages, beer & wine selections for a 4-hour service window following the ceremony (Last call for bar service is 10pm). The bar will accept both cash & card. We will be providing a champagne & sparkling cider toast during the reception! Food - There will be a taco buffet during the reception that should accommodate most dietary restrictions including: Vegetarian Tortilla Soup, Chicken Adobo, Pork Carnitas, White Corn & Flour Tortilla, Mexican Street Corn with Cotija, Traditional Black Beans, Spanish Rice & Accompaniments. (house fried tortilla chips, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded lettuce, green onions, diced tomatoes, cotija & cheddar) Dessert- There will be a small, gluten free cutting cake for the Bride & Groom as well as an array of delicious treats to choose from as provided by Farm 12's onsite pastry chef.

The field behind the Farm 12 Restaurant & Events center is blooming with wildflowers this time of year and may give us glimpses of Mt. Rainer! That being said, please remember to bring/use allergy medicine and eye drops as needed for seasonal allergies.
