What time do I need to be at the ceremony site?

Answer

Please be to the venue no later than 2 PM. They will block the entrance off at this time. If you are running late, they will have backup parking for you, but space is limited. The main entrance reopens again after the ceremony.

The shuttle will run from the venue to the hotel from 8 PM-11 PM and will make as many trips as is necessary.
