Casual gathering to connect, play games and bbq!
Everyone is invited to join us for a casual BBQ in Mike Yokel Park from 4pm-8pm. Stop by when you can or stay for the whole time! Drinks, BBQ, salads and games will be provided. Parking is limited, so if you are staying nearby please walk to the park or carpool. If you’re local, please bring blankets or chairs to share with our traveling guests! If the weather is bad, we unfortunately do not have an available indoor space for this many people, so we will have to cancel and see you on Saturday!

We will be having a rehearsal dinner with our family and wedding party at Calico. Please join in on the fun for drinks any time after 8:00pm! Wedding party will meet at Calico Restaurant at 4:30 pm for rehearsal. Family, wedding party & their guests will join for rehearsal dinner starting at 5 pm. Attire: Cocktail/casual Everyone is invited and encouraged to join us for drinks from 8-10pm! Calico Restaurant is in between Teton Village and the town of Jackson. You can take the local START bus, which will drop you off right at Calico. Here is the bus schedule & map. If you drive, please carpool if you can!

This event is semi-formal. Wear what makes you feel good! Also know, Wyoming weather is unpredictable, so whatever you wear make sure to bring layers! We will be outside for the ceremony and in the barn for dinner & dancing!
We strongly encourage you to take the shuttle to Diamond Cross Ranch. Shuttles will pick guests up at four different locations. Shuttles will have signs for Thomsen & Carr Wedding. Please be prompt for shuttle pick up! Teton Village - 2:15 pm - At the Tram clock tower at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort The Aspens - 2:30 pm meet by the START bus stop about 100 feet south of the Aspens Market. Check parking signs and do not park in the businesses' spots. Snow King Resort - 2:30 pm At the lobby Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center & Parking Lot - 2:45 pm If you are choosing to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking. Please know it is a 45+ minute drive and this time of year there is a lot of migrating wildlife. If you are driving yourself please plan to arrive at the ranch at 3:45 pm and have a safe plan for getting home. Cars can be left overnight, but need to be picked up first thing in the morning.
