In order to ensure that we have enough food, drinks, and seating for everyone please RSVP by Saturday, February 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that date, we can not guarantee we will be able to accommodate you at the weekend's events.
This is where the Bride & Groom will be staying! We have a courtesy block at this hotel. This means that we do not have a limited number of rooms booked, but rather discounted rates that are based on availability. We want to give our guests the autonomy to choose wherever they would like to stay, and have listed another hotel in the "Travel" section that we know is open after the hurricanes. We also recommend looking at sites such as AirBnB & VRBO. The Bride is from the area, and if you have any questions about location or other hotels, please contact her directly at 727-249-9803.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, we ask that you begin arriving by 4:00; that way you can park, find a seat, and relax before we say “I DO”!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! While there is no dress code, we recommend cocktail attire. Most importantly though, please wear what makes you comfortable (and that you can dance all night in!)
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus-one, it will appear on your invite. Thank you for being understanding!
We love your littles, but we are unable to accommodate your children unless otherwise stated on your invitation. Please use our wedding as the ultimate excuse for a date night out!
You can park on-site! There will NOT be transportation accommodations to and from the wedding ceremony. We highly suggest Ubering or using the Free Beach Ride if you will be consuming alcohol (details about this service are in the Travel section of the website).
We ask that you keep your electronics away while we say our "I Do's" during the ceremony. However, once cocktail hour starts you can take as many pictures as you want! If you take pictures throughout the night, please be sure to share them with the Bride and Groom by sending them a text - we'd love to wake up the next morning and see all of the fun you've had!
Yes! We will have unlimited beer, wine, and liquor with your choice of mixers. We ask that you please drink responsibly.
Please click on the registry button on our website to see where we are registered. You are not required to give a gift, but if you choose, our Honeymoon Fund is the most requested gift.
Yes! Our catering team does a great job at accommodating any dietary restrictions. Please let the Bride know when you RSVP so we can make sure you have a meal that works for you! If you do not notify us at least a month prior (2/1/24), we can not guarantee that you will have your dietary needs met.
Our wedding ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be outside on a covered patio. The wedding reception will be indoors.
Although we can not predict the weather, we can look at trends from past years. We're hoping to expect high's in the 80's and low's in the 60's.
If you have any questions, other than what is listed here, please contact the Bride at 727-249-9803. If your question is on the week/day of the wedding, please contact the Maid of Honor (Carlye - 386-852-4206) or Matron of Honor (Grace - 817-909-2461).
