Do I need to RSVP?

May I bring additional guests?
Answer
No. We will only be able to accommodate those listed in your party on the RSVP tab of this website.
Question
What time should guests arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive at 3:30PM to allow for parking of their vehicle & transportation to the Vineyard Lawn for seating.

Is there parking options at the venue?
Answer
Yes! The Carmel Valley Ranch has free parking & up to 8 Tesla connectors available. Please inquire with the valet upon arrival for EV charging.

Is it allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture the moment. Feel free to snap personal photos or videos during the cocktail hour & reception!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
Yes! After the wedding ceremony, light passed hors d’oeuvres will be served accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktails.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoor.
