We met as neighbors in the Daytona Beach area. We were always friends but Tommy always said he was going to marry Joy. As we got older, life happened. We went our separate ways and had our life experiences. One day in 2019, Tommy and his mother, Daveyette Williams, visited Tammy Harper's house, Joy's mother and Joy and Tommy reunited. A week later Joy and Tommy went out for music and drinks at the Ocean Deck on the Daytona Beachside and danced the night away. They have been inseparable ever since.
