Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Springfield Country Club within walking distance from the entrance. However, there is limited parking for the Anand Karaj, so please plan accordingly if you will be attending. There is some street parking in the area, as well as a paid parking lot adjacent to the SEPTA station.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Traditionally, the bride wears red for the Anand Karaj and white for the wedding ceremony. Guests are welcome to wear any other colors as they choose and are not required to wear traditional Indian attire. Please be comfortable and mindful if you plan to attend the Anand Karaj - it does require modest attire (please refer to the schedule tab for more information).

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! The hotel is just a few steps from the reception hall so enjoy a nice short stroll to your rooms after partying. To make your reservation, visit the Travel tab on the website or call 610-543-1080, but make sure to book before Wednesday, May 8, 2024!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

While you're presence is present enough, if you wish to contribute, we encourage using the registry or the venmo option, both located under the Registry tab on our website or via this link: https://www.zola.com/registry/thomasandgurpreet A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

There is an open bar so you can bring cash to tip! There will be an "after party" where it is encouraged to bring cash if you plan to continue drinking or eating after a certain time, after midnight!
