Tommy and Celeste were aspiring recruits in the Bergen County Police Academy, never having met each other before. This was the time of covid-19 isolations and masking. Tommy walked into the room and saw only her eyes above the mask; Celeste saw Tommy's bright orange hair. Flash forward to them both luckily being employed in Haledon, NJ as dispatchers, Celeste had to teach Tommy the ropes of the job. Coworkers became best friends, best friends became a crush, and this crush has blossomed to writing this story down. As the two looked back on their time together, they saw two families becoming one, and knew their relationship was meant to last. Tommy proposed to Celeste on March 9th and have been excited to share their big day with all their family and friends.
