Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are located at Reinhart’s Barn on Oak Lane. The address is 326 Oak Lane Bernville, PA 19506.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so we ask that guests arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand to find a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on site.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, assuming there’s no rain at the time of the ceremony. If there’s rain, the ceremony can be moved indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite had a guest listed you are good to go! If not, please reach out to one of us as we do have a limit on how many people can be in attendance. Please do not just bring a guest without inquiring first. Thank you!

Are kids allowed at your wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans or t-shirts.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and two signature drinks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional, two in fact, to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

What type of food will you be serving?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style and include pulled chicken, pulled pork, and brisket as the main meals. There will be other sides, desserts, and treats also!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please tell us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you! If you RSVP here on the website, there will be a place to tell us about your specific needs.
