it's party time!

Although Tommy and Abby both went to Wake Forest (and even had a class together), they didn't meet until the summer of 2016. They met at an 80's themed bar in Charlotte, NC called The Roxbury. Abby saw Tommy across the bar in a Wake Forest shirt and introduced herself to him and asked him to dance. They immediately hit it off and closed down the bar. The bartenders even felt bad asking them to leave, so they gave them cocktails to-go. Tommy left his watch at Abby's house that night which gave them a reason to see each other the next weekend... and the rest is history!
