Due to space within our venue and limited seating, unfortunately we can not accommodate children. We love your kids, however we hope you can use our special night as a parents night out!
While we appreciate your dedication to helping us document the most special day of our lives (thus far), we kindly ask that you not take pictures during the ceremony. When the photographer/videographer takes photos, we would prefer to see your smiling faces and not cell phones. Thank you for helping us create an unplugged ceremony. However at the cocktail hour and reception, selfies and group pictures are HIGHLY encouraged! Make sure to use our hashtag so we can see them too!
Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can finalize preparations. If you need help using the online RSVP page, please call or text the bride, groom, or parents of the bride or groom as soon as possible.
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) so feel free to do whatever makes you most comfortable. The reception will be indoors, please wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking and do your best to maintain social distancing. We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable while celebrating.
The ceremony will start at 5:30. Please arrive no later than 5:15 to ensure that you make it down the aisle before the bride does. If you arrive behind schedule (it happens...traffic is no fun) please use the wait until after the bride has walked before entering the ceremony site.
God-willing and weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. If the weather does not agree, we will have the ceremony inside.
We suggest staying in Wilmington or using an Airbnb to be a bit closer to the venue.
Please do not park in the road. You can park in the parking lot. While parking is not terribly limited, carpooling is always a great option.
Other than white... wear any color that makes you feel good! Please respect the tradition of the bride being the only one in white (men’s white shirts are absolutely okay though).
Cocktail attire please!
