What's the Wedding Schedule?

We are working hard to plan an unforgettable weekend for our guests! Detailed information will be announced soon. We recommend planning to be in Aruba from early Friday, May 22, to Monday, May 25, to enjoy all our pre- and post-wedding events. The wedding itself is on the evening of Saturday, May 23.

How far in advance can I book my trip?

We recommend booking your trip to Aruba as soon as possible, ideally about 9-12 months in advance. This gives you the best chance to secure flights and accommodations that fit your needs. While May is considered off-peak season, Aruba remains a popular destination, so booking early ensures you get the best options and rates. Plus, many airlines and hotels offer flexible cancellation policies, so you can plan ahead with peace of mind.

Where to stay

We are working on securing a discounted rate for hotel reservations for our guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, guests are welcome to find their own lodging that best fit their needs. One of the great things about Aruba is its convenience—everything is just a short taxi ride away. There are two beaches that are most conveniently located near our venue: Palm Beach - Known for its calm, wave-free waters. It is ideal for those seeking a lively atmosphere with plenty of beach front resorts, restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. It's a bustling area with lots of tourists, perfect if you want convenience and excitement. Eagle Beach - Best for those looking for a quieter, more relaxed environment. It was recently ranked the #1 beach in the Caribbean by Tripadvisor. With fewer crowds, beautiful soft sands, and clear waters, it's great for peaceful beach days.

Getting to the Beach

Most hotels and resorts along Palm Beach offer beachfront access, with designated areas for their guests. They also offer lounge chairs and towels for guest use, ensuring a comfortable experience by the sea. All beaches in Aruba are public and easily accessible to everyone for those you wish to explore the island. On most beaches, you'll also find huts offering rentals for beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents, providing extra comfort and shade for the day.

In order to ensure a smooth and organized event, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If you are invited to bring a plus one or additional guest, this will be stated on your formal invitation.

In order to ensure a smooth and organized event, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. Guests will be informed on their formal invitation if they are welcome to bring their children to the ceremony and reception. If children are invited, the invitation will state "& family."
