Lanel Always Knew That Dana Would Be His And He Would Be Hers But He Played His Part Until The Time Was Right. He Would Suggest Study “Dates” And Made Sure They Were In The Same Group For Projects. Between Innocent Flirting And Cute Texts, They Felt This Could Be Something More. They Had Eyes For Each Other All Throughout College.

They Were Inseparable Ever Since. On March 5, 2017, He Insisted That They Make This Thing Official! Lanel Knows Dana Loves Broadway, So He Took Her To See Aladdin And Claimed His Woman! They Moved In Together The Following Year And Continued To Adore And Build Their Relationship.

A Week Leading Up To The BEST DAY EVER, Lanel Told Dana That Jermaine C. Wanted To Introduce Them To A Lady Friend So Set Up Reservations For 4 at Ruth’s Chris, Which Was Dana’s Favorite Restaurant At The Time. She Had Her Suspicions Of A Possible Proposal But Lanel Was Too Nonchalant That It Made Her Push It Out Of Mind. They Get To The Restaurant And The Host Brings Them To Their Seats Where There Is Heart Confetti Sprinkled On The Table. The Manager Came Up To Ask What They Are Celebrating Since He Saw The Confetti. Both Lanel And Jermaine Yelled Out "NOTHING!" Lanel Decided The Time Was Now! He Suggested They Take Pictures So When Dana Goes To Stand Up, She Notices Lanel Getting On One Knee!! Big Tears Instantly Started Falling From Dana’s Eyes And She Proceeded With The Ugly Cry.
