Your bride and groom are planning to stay September 27th- October 3rd. We’d love for everyone to join us in making this celebration a big family vacation, however we understand that everyone has their own obligations. We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedules to get away and make some memories in the mountains!
Please send us your RSVP as soon as possible! The latest we can accept your response is July 1, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date it will be marked a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us; however we must provide a total guest count to the Venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We hope you understand.
We are so excited to celebrate this date with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony will be taking place at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and taking the opportunity to have a kids free getaway to celebrate with us!
We will have beer and a few of our favorite liquors. Asides from that you are welcome to BYOB. However, please coordinate transportation accordingly and get ready to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Vendrely!
Parking is only available in the designated grass area to the left of the entrance and on the gravel driveway. NO PARKING under any circumstances is allowed in the grass area on either side of the barns. Please ask if you are needing assistance!
