Things To Do & Places To Stay

┃Entertainment┃

Below are just a few options for entertainment that we both enjoy. Thankfully our wedding is taking place in a rather entertainment rich location, and there is definitely something close by for your taste.

Topgolf

It is by far one of our favorite activities to do together. For those who dont have one near by, its definitely a must try even if you are not into golfing. Pricing is around $50 per hour, and is open till midnight.

LumberJaxes

A recent experience for us was axe throwing, and it is definitely something fun to do and try if you have not already. Pricing is a bit higher, at around $43 each for two hours of play. This is located in the Westgate Entertainment District.

Desert Diamond Casino

If you looking for a place nearby to gamble, Desert Diamond Casino is going to be your closest option in the valley. However, if you are looking for an alternative, there is always the Talking Stick, which is about a 40 minute drive from where the wedding is taking place.

┃Restaurants┃

Moving on to your favorite restaurants that are close by, and offer a variety of food options. Similarly to our entertainment, you have dozens of restaurant options near by if you are looking for something specific.

Cucina Tagliani

This is by far our favorite restaurant as a couple. We have been going here since our first month together, and continuously visit for some delicious Italian food. Kevin's favorite is the Chicken Parmesan, and Alexis loves the Fettuccini Alfredo.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

A new restaurant to the area quickly became a favorite of ours. Cheddars has numerous home-styled cooking at a reasonable price. The wait is normally rather long, but is definitely worth it if you are looking for somewhere to try. Kevin's favorite is the Country Fried Chicken.

Bubba's 33

A new favorite of ours as well, Bubbas has great burgers and other American dishes.

┃Hotels┃

Renaissance Hotel & Spa

While we have not booked our own hotel quite yet, this is a contender due to its location and accommodations. There are many options available that are closer, and more economical. This hotel was selected as it is in the center of the action by being placed in the Westgate Entertainment District. There are dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. There is golfing, a casino, movie theater and much more within a few minute drive. You are around 15 minutes away from where our wedding is taking place.

Residence Inn by Marriott

This is one of the closest hotels to our wedding, being only 7 minutes away. This hotel is next to a handful of other chains, if you happen to have any brand loyalty, or if there is a price difference. Whether you choose to stay here or not, it may be helpful in looking at the surrounding area to find a hotel that may suite your needs better. This hotel is right next to P83, where you are able to find a variety of restaurants. You are about 15 minutes away from the Westgate Entertainment District which is full of other restaurants and entertainment.

Comfort Suites

This is just another option a tad bit closer to Arrowhead mall, which is about 10 minutes away from our wedding. Similarly to the Residence Inn, there are so many options close by, so by all means find the one that suites your needs. This hotel is right next to P83, where you are able to find a variety of restaurants. You are about 15 minutes away from the Westgate Entertainment District which is full of other restaurants and entertainment.
