We’re getting married!!!

Our story begins a little something like this... The day I seen Big Kish for the first time I was with my homies. We all seen her coming. She was a fly young chick with a different demeanor. She had her own style and her own look but it was just different to us because we’d never been out of Richmond before and looking back now she just saw us as some regular nuckleheadz. We all inquried about who she was but no one wanted to get dissed. Our mutual friend walked up to her at the bus stop where we all was at and said “why you tie your shoes like that?” Now keep in mind I’m laughing on the inside because I just knew the diss was comin and it did, big Kish answered really sassy “Because I dont tie my shoes” with a facial expression that said more than the words she spoke. Surpringly that corny introduction lead the foundation of me and Kish becoming friends and asking her to marry me. We were always able to joke and talk about everything which brought us closer at that time and through the years. I think we both felt like the other was something different than what we were use to and it was always refreshing & natural. I was never one to smile a lot then and Holcomb was always joking (he could always make me smile even when Im mad). I respected that and it only helped strengthened our bond and understandings with one another. Fastforward life happens; yup it surely did but when we found each other again my heart damn near jumped out my chest; Well my heart started to beat again when we reconnected. Even though life had separated us the love always remained strong. The Most High brought us back together and no one can seperate that!! My babe asked me to marry him and of course it’s YES! The King now has his Queen and together #TheThompsonTakeover begins. This is Chess not Checkers..... This was a lifetime friendship with a lifetime of love from the beginning.
