Adam and Brooke met like most couples do now and days do, on a dating app. They swiped right, matched, and went on a first date where they jumped out of a plane together. So I guess they actually aren't like most people and yes you heard that right, they both jumped out of a plane to skydive together on their first date! Brooke had always wanted to go skydiving and Adam had been certified and jumping for 6 months at that point. After an hour car ride to Skydive Deland they thought they would get to jump right away but the weather had other plans. They then spend the next 2 hours eating questionable restaurant bagels and talking, sharing laughs, and stories. And finally if the nerves weren't already bad enough from the first date they both jumped out of the plane and found each other at the bottom. With the biggest smiles on their faces they both realized they had the best adventurous first date EVER! The thrill and adventure from their first date never stopped. And they have been "falling" in love in the most literal sense for each other ever since!

While it may not be a city they go to often, Washington D.C holds a special place in Adam and Brooke's hearts. In 2019 when Brooke and Adam took a trip to Washington D.C and after seeing the sights, enjoying the history, and learning more about each other they decided to start dating and become official. Knowing how much D.C meant to them both, 3 years later, they decided to go back the city and relive the memories of their first trip together and the city where they knew they fell in love. The first day of the trip was spent exploring the city, going back to their favorite monuments, eating the best foods, and reminiscing on how many incredible moments they've shared since their first visit to D.C. During the second day there, Adam had made plans to take Brooke to Enchant D.C which is a pop up Christmas light maze at the Washington Nationals baseball field. The night they went it was COLD very very COLD for those two Florida kids. Before walking through the maze they went to dinner where Adam made a toast and toast to forever and little did Brooke know he made that toast for a reason! Shortly after dinner they met up with a photographer at the maze who walked with them to capture the fun they had walking through the lights and at the perfect moment Adam got down on one knee and under the beautiful Christmas lights in the city they fell in love, asked Brooke to marry him and spend forever together.
