On the last day of a relaxing trip to Colorado, Matt and Mary decided to take what they thought was a leisurely hike through Red Rocks Trail. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. After a mile-and-a-half of steep rocks, sweat, and Mary's whining, the determined couple completed the hike. Although Mary was ready to go back to the hotel, Matt's only desire was to see the Red Rocks Amphitheater. After more hiking and more steps, they finally reached the middle of the amphitheater. Once there, a kind stranger offered to take photos of the selfie couple. While taking photos, Matt said he was warm, and removed his hoodie. More photos were taken, without Mary noticing he was wearing a significant shirt. When Mary went to retrieve her phone, Matt directed Mary's attention to his shirt. It loudly and proudly stated "Will You Marry Me?" Mary was stunned, and couldn't believe what was happening. Matt got down on one knee and asked Mary to be his wife. Through tears, she enthusiasticly nodded her head, and said "yes!" The stranger returned the phone, gave them hugs, and disappeared. She however, captured the entire moment on video. Mary has watched it 77 times since.
