Formal attire - we would love to have our friends and family get all dressed up with us for the big day! No jeans, t-shirts, hats, or sneakers please! If you need direction ladies are encouraged to wear floor length, tea length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or dress pants/dress shirt. Please note the ceremony portion of the day will be held outside.
Unfortunately, no. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Your invitation will be made to [your name] & guest if a plus one has been given to you.
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event, unless specifically instructed by bride or groom. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night, and we hope you understand!
If we do not get a RSVP back by the date which we provided, it will be marked as a "no." We will miss you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand.
Weather permitting, we will have our (short) ceremony outside, so dress accordingly. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and reception will be indoor with access to the outside patio if so desired.
First shuttle will arrive at Treasure Island at 1 and depart 1:20. This bus will be dropped at the club house where people will be allowed in for drinks. Second bus will arrive at treasure island at 2:10 and depart at 2:20. First shuttle from the venue to hotel is at 10, and the second one is at 11:30. There will not be a shuttle to/from country inn as there was limited availability. Ride shares would be the best option, there is also room for parking at the venue.
Yes, you are able to park in the event venue parking lot. You are allowed to leave your cars overnight until 10am the next morning.
What’s a party without a few drinks?! There is a full service bar fully stocked with beer, wine, liquor, and soda. Our signature drinks are on us, and anything additional will be cash bar.
Respectfully- no. We are kindly asking that all phones/cameras be turned off/silenced and stashed away during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture our big day, and would hate for there to be phones/cameras blocking this moment for our professionals to capture. After the ceremony is concluded, please take as many photos and videos as you would like!
